At Sage & Wild, we’re committed to getting your rugs to you as quickly, safely, and seamlessly as possible — because magical spaces (and messy play moments) shouldn’t have to wait.

Where We Ship

We currently offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (that’s the 48 mainland states). At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally, but we’re working on it — and we’ll let you know as soon as we do.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your rug is on the move, shipping times will vary based on your location — but most customers receive their order within 2–5 business days after it ships.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been packed and prepped for shipment. Just a heads-up: tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
