Returns

We want you to love your Sage & Wild rug — truly. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your full order to request a refund. All returned rugs must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition to be eligible.

 

How to Start a Return

Just send us a note at orders@sageandwildliving.com and we’ll take it from there. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to make the process easy and stress-free.

 

Packaging Your Return

We recommend using your rug’s original box to send it back — it’s the perfect fit and helps ensure your rug arrives safely.

If the original box has been discarded or damaged, you’re welcome to use another sturdy box that can safely accommodate the return. Please note that we’re unable to provide replacement packaging, so any alternative box must be arranged on your end.

When you drop off your return, we suggest requesting a receipt or tracking confirmation from the carrier, just in case anything unexpected pops up along the way.

 

Once We Receive Your Return

As soon as your rug arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to make sure it’s in as-new condition. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. (Taxes will be refunded in accordance with state laws.)
